Responsibilities

Perform month-end closing procedure, year-end closing procedure and budgeting support.
Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process.
Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
Manage and control subordinates to make the accounting and financial operation smoothly.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
Cooperate with HQ and group company for Financial and Accounting issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree at least in Accounting or any related field.
At least 10 years of work experience in finance and accounting within any manufacturing industry.
At least 2 years of management experience in a position such as assistant finance and accounting manager or higher within any manufacturing industry.
Able to perform month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare all necessary documents independently.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance, and management.
Experience in financial auditing and coordinating audit processes.
Capable of overseeing financial statements, including budget reporting.
Conversational-level English proficiency.
Be able to work at Indonesia. (allowance provided)
