About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales professional to drive growth of our offline payment solutions across key verticals — banking, tourism, hospitality, and wellness. This role requires a seasoned sales hunter with an established network, deep understanding of the payment industry, and the ability to close enterprise-level deals independently or as part of a collaborative team.

What you'll do

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with banks (national and regional/local banks) for offline payment solutions
Build and expand partnerships within the tourism, hospitality, and wellness industries (hotels, resorts, spas, travel agencies, attractions, etc.)
Leverage existing network and relationships to accelerate deal cycles and open doors to key decision-makers
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract closing, and post-sales relationship management
Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each industry segment (banking vs. hospitality/tourism)
Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth solution implementation for enterprise clients
Work independently to source and close deals, while also contributing effectively within a team-based sales structure when required
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to support product and strategy development
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Represent the company at industry events, banking forums, and hospitality/tourism trade shows to expand network and brand visibility

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record in the payment industry, particularly offline/Terminal-based payment solutions
Proven and active network within the banking sector, covering both major national banks and smaller/regional banks
Established relationships and credibility within the tourism, hospitality, and wellness industries
Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, merchant acquiring, Terminal & POS systems, and related financial technology
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Highly proactive with strong initiative — able to identify opportunities without heavy supervision
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to tailor pitches to different industry needs (banking vs. hospitality)
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
