About the position

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead client engagements across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership abilities to drive client satisfaction, deliver strategic recommendations, and mentor a high-performing team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics with a major in Accounting
5–7 years of experience in a reputable public accounting firm or related field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and auditing principles.
Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
Proven leadership and management abilities, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple engagements and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Summary of duties:

Oversee multiple client engagements in a wide range of industries, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, address concerns, and drive effective change initiatives.
Provide consultative advice on business and process improvements, acting as a trusted business advisor to clients.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing training and development opportunities while conducting performance assessments.
