About the position

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead client engagements across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership abilities to drive client satisfaction, deliver strategic recommendations, and mentor a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics with a major in Accounting
• 5–7 years of experience in a reputable public accounting firm or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and auditing principles.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
• Proven leadership and management abilities, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Summary of duties:

• Oversee multiple client engagements in a wide range of industries, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, address concerns, and drive effective change initiatives.
• Provide consultative advice on business and process improvements, acting as a trusted business advisor to clients.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing training and development opportunities while conducting performance assessments.
• Adhere to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
