This is a strategic leadership role for someone who enjoys building scalable growth engines, aligning commercial teams, and driving measurable revenue impact through both inbound and outbound motions.

Responsibilities :

Define and execute the company's growth strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs across content, SEO, paid media, ABM, partnerships, and events.
Drive qualified pipeline growth and optimize conversion throughout the funnel.
Lead and develop the SDR function, including outbound strategy, account targeting, performance management, and team development.
Own lead management processes from qualification and routing through successful handoff to Sales.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure go-to-market alignment and consistent messaging.
Manage growth budgets and evaluate performance across CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Establish data-driven growth processes, reporting frameworks, and operational excellence across the funnel.
Build, coach, and scale a high-performing growth team as the business expands.

Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth, Demand Generation, or Revenue Marketing.
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Proven success building and scaling pipeline within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong experience across demand generation, lead nurturing, funnel optimization, and revenue-focused marketing.
Experience working with or leading SDR/BDR teams and outbound growth initiatives.
Deep understanding of the full commercial funnel from awareness through revenue generation.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with accountability for business outcomes.
