About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Officer – Compliance to play a key role in strengthening and shaping our Compliance function.

Beyond ensuring regulatory requirements are met, you will have the opportunity to enhance our compliance framework, strengthen Product & Investment Compliance, and drive meaningful improvements across the business. This role is ideal for a proactive compliance professional who brings strong regulatory knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to turn insights into practical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time.
Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, and follow-up on identified issues.
Keep up with regulatory developments and translate them into practical recommendations.
Review Product & Investment Compliance across products, investment activities, and internal policies.
Follow up on audit and regulatory findings and work with relevant teams towards resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve Compliance processes, monitoring methods, and tools.
Work closely with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Compliance, preferably in capital markets, investment management, or financial services.
Good understanding of OJK and capital market regulations, particularly those applicable to Investment Managers.
Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring/review, and audit or regulatory follow-up.
Strong analytical thinking and professional judgment, with the ability to turn regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
Strong ownership and comfortable working independently as well as with different teams.
Curious, proactive, and open to challenging existing processes and bringing new ideas.
WMI license/certification is a plus.
