As the Restaurant Manager at Alila Villas Uluwatu, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while maintaining Hyatt's luxury service standards. Reporting directly to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the restaurant team, oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, maintain service excellence, and ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications – Internal

Indonesian citizen.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Proven knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and guest engagement.
Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.
A guest-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
