We are seeking a highly driven Technical Sales Project to lead project sales and specification sales across Southeast Asia (ASEAN), Australia, and selected APAC markets. You will drive growth in building materials, piping systems (PVC/HDPE), water solutions, and infrastructure projects, combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and regional business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Achieve regional sales targets and budget for the Southeast Asia (SEA/APAC) region
Identify and develop project opportunities across multiple product lines
Drive demand creation through early project engagement and specification activities
Drive specification sales by engaging consultants, contractors, and project owners

Technical & Project Solution

Prepare system and solution proposals (piping systems, drainage systems, MEP solutions) to support owner estimates and project requirements
Provide technical support for infrastructure and construction projects
Drive product specification in project designs (consultants, owners, contractors)

Training & Capability Development

Develop and deliver technical training modules for distributors and customers
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and product education programs
Manage and control training budget and expenses

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with:

MEP consultants, contractors, quantity surveyors (QS), developers
Distributors and regional channel partners
Lead contractor engagement, consultant engagement, and distributor management
Strengthen market positioning and customer engagement

Internal Collaboration & Systems

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) for project execution
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) for pipeline tracking and reporting

Knowledge & Competencies Required

Strong sales knowledge (B2B and project-based selling)
Solid technical knowledge in construction/building materials systems
Demonstrated leadership capability (formal or informal)
High level of customer focus and relationship management
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective persuasive presentation skills
Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is an advantage

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years in B2B sales / business development, including:

3 years in building materials / construction / infrastructure products

4 years in technical sales, specification sales, or project sales

Proven experience in:
Project tender processes and pipeline management
Contractor, consultant, and developer engagement
Regional / international sales (ASEAN / APAC markets)
Exposure to Australia and/or Taiwan market is preferred

Technical & Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of:
Piping systems (PVC, HDPE), water solutions, and drainage systems
MEP systems and infrastructure projects
Construction materials and specification processes
