We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support client relationships, coordinate ongoing projects, and ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service.
Manage and maintain relationships across multiple and high-value client accounts, with a strong focus on client retention and satisfaction.
Support account planning, client reporting, business reviews, presentations, and other account-related activities.
Track project deliverables, timelines, and commitments, and proactively follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Respond to client inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure concerns are followed through to completion.
Maintain accurate documentation of client meetings, decisions, action items, account updates, and project status.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
Support client onboarding and ensure new accounts transition smoothly into ongoing account management.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, engagement, retention, and overall account performance.
Support renewal and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs, usage, and business objectives.
Analyze account data and client feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Proactively monitor accounts and take action to minimize churn and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role.
Prior experience in SaaS is strongly preferred, particularly in managing multiple client accounts.
Demonstrated ability to manage and retain a portfolio of clients, including high-value or high-volume accounts.
Strong client communication and relationship-building skills, with a responsive and service-oriented approach.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve account performance and client outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly beneficial.
Comfortable working with technology products, SaaS platforms, and data-driven tools; exposure to AI products is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve processes.
Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication and accountability across teams.
