What You'll Do

We're looking for an HR Intern who wants real exposure to people operations, recruitment, and HR systems, not just admin work.

You'll start by building strong fundamentals in HR administration, employee data, and documentation, then progressively move into recruitment execution — sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. By the end of the program, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for selected roles, with the opportunity to be evaluated for a full-time Recruiter position.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain HR data, employee documentation, and recruitment trackers
Support attendance/leave administration and onboarding processes
Screen CVs and source candidates for open roles
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
Follow up with candidates and Hiring Managers to keep hiring on track
Support employee engagement activities and HR projects
Progressively take ownership of recruitment for selected internship/entry-level roles
Know when to handle things independently and when to escalate to your mentor or the HR Manager

What You'll Bring

Final year or recent graduate, or otherwise available for a 4-month full-time commitment
Interested in building a career in HR and/or recruitment
Comfortable working with data, documentation, and administrative detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset — able to follow up and follow through without being reminded
Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for help
Able to work onsite at our office in Menteng, Central Jakarta
