What You Will Experience:

Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes.
Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation and submission to customers.
Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding collections.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare periodic billing, collection, and AR aging reports.
Support month-end closing activities related to receivables and revenue transactions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoicing and payment matters.
Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What is Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang.
