What You Will Experience:
- Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation and submission to customers.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic billing, collection, and AR aging reports.
- Support month-end closing activities related to receivables and revenue transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoicing and payment matters.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
What is Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Experience handling high-volume billing transactions.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.
