Who We're Looking For

We are seeking motivated, quality-driven Global Recruitment Partners (Hiring Partners) who specialize in sourcing and want to work remotely, on flexible terms, and with impactful roles.

This opportunity is perfect if you:

Have recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
Are passionate about identifying top talent
Prefer to focus on sourcing only, not full-cycle recruitment
Are looking for a scalable recruitment career
Want access to high-quality, exclusive roles from top clients

Your Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior, and executive roles
Review profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client standards
Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand role requirements
Use sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, etc.)
Track progress using tools such as Google Sheets and Google Forms
Continuously improve through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
