Who We're Looking For
We are seeking motivated, quality-driven
Global Recruitment Partners (Hiring Partners) who specialize in sourcing and want to work remotely, on flexible terms, and with impactful roles.
This opportunity is perfect if you:
- Have recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- Are passionate about identifying top talent
- Prefer to focus on sourcing only, not full-cycle recruitment
- Are looking for a scalable recruitment career
- Want access to high-quality, exclusive roles from top clients
Your Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior, and executive roles
- Review profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client standards
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand role requirements
- Use sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, etc.)
- Track progress using tools such as Google Sheets and Google Forms
- Continuously improve through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
