Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Accountant to oversee end to end accounting operations and play a key role in building our financial infrastructure from the ground up from zero to one.

This role goes beyond routine accounting , you will design financial systems, strengthen internal controls, and support the upgrade and integration of accounting and inventory platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake daily accounting duties, including bookkeeping and monthly tax filing for one Indonesia company
Prepare monthly financial statements
Assist in establishing financial systems and internal controls for newly established companies
Create and maintain inventory lists, conduct monthly inventory counts, and prepare inventory reports.
Approve daily company expenses and reimbursements
Assist the Finance Manager in financial analysis and process optimization

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting firms or bookkeeping agencies
Minimum 2 years of corporate finance experience
Capability of independently tax filling
Fluent in both English and Chinese communication
Experience in building financial systems and internal control processes from scratch is a plus
Experience with any online accounting platform; familiarity with Xero software is advantageous
