Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Accountant to oversee end to end accounting operations and play a key role in building our financial infrastructure from the ground up from zero to one.
This role goes beyond routine accounting , you will design financial systems, strengthen internal controls, and support the upgrade and integration of accounting and inventory platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake daily accounting duties, including bookkeeping and monthly tax filing for one Indonesia company
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist in establishing financial systems and internal controls for newly established companies
- Create and maintain inventory lists, conduct monthly inventory counts, and prepare inventory reports.
- Approve daily company expenses and reimbursements
- Assist the Finance Manager in financial analysis and process optimization
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting firms or bookkeeping agencies
- Minimum 2 years of corporate finance experience
- Capability of independently tax filling
- Fluent in both English and Chinese communication
- Experience in building financial systems and internal control processes from scratch is a plus
- Experience with any online accounting platform; familiarity with Xero software is advantageous
