3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise.

You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month

What you will do:

Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for both branch and HQ
Maintaining a productive, professional, and empathetic with internal and external stakeholders
Screen, interview, set interview, and provide assignment to candidate
Proactively source potential candidates through any effective & efficient channels
Provide regular status reports to the talent acquisition specialist on all open positions
Support employer branding, onboarding, people engagement, and learning & development initiatives

You will fit in this job if you:

Currently in the last semester or fresh graduate from psychology background
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
Critical thinker
