Job Description:

• Acquire more merchants & grow the fulfillment business by performing sales pitching
• Handle day-to-day merchants operations, issues resolutions and internal & external communications
• Monitor and improve merchants fulfillment performance to grow the merchants business
• Handle ad-hoc projects for business development, cost and revenue improvement
• Work together with cross department teams to implement initiatives and manage merchants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above with 2+ years of experience
• Proficient in using Ms. Office
• Has experience in data analytics will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and change management skills
• Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
