Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote YouTube Video Editor to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality video content. As a YouTube Video Editor, you are more than an editor. You are the director of story that ensures that the content will not only be engaging visually but also leaves the audience wanting to watch more.

You will be responsible for editing video footage, creating engaging motion graphics, performing color grading, and integrating graphics to bring visual stories to life. You will collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent alignment with brand guidelines while maintaining the quality and delivery of video assets optimized for YouTube and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms and best practices for optimizing video content required.
• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production processes
• Experience editing educational YouTube videos preferred
• Experience with Video Color Grading to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency
• Skills in creating Motion Graphics and incorporating Graphics into video projects
• Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback while delivering high-quality results
• Familiarity with industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in YouTube specific video editing and production
• Experience working with creative teams on brand-focused projects
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills in meeting deadlines
• Prior experience with social media video content is a strong advantage
