A minimum of high-school graduate; a Diploma or Bachelor graduate are a plus points

Possessing one year of professional experience in managing Palo Alto's Cortex XDR system within operational phase (monitoring, incident ticketing, system maintenance)
Possessing one year of professional experience in managing other XDR/EDR system, malware analysis, and other cybersecurity defensive tools
Job Description:
Conduct daily platform monitoring in terms of platform utilization and licensing of XDR components, both for existing and potential system development
Perform system monitoring of activities occurring within the XDR environment using available tools to identify potential anomalies
Performing system backup and configuration whenever changes are made to the XDR platform
Updating the XDR system component versions as newer versions become available from the principal
Support system integrations with XDR by providing operational requirements during future integration
Act as the first layer (L1) for contact and communication for troubleshooting and rapid configuration needs
Activity report generation, consisting of daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities
