WTP-WWTP Supervisor

PT Medco Power Energi Services (MPES), a subsidiary of Medco Power Indonesia (MPI), is looking for a professional to join our team in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).

About the Role

As a WTP & WWTP Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing WTP, WWTP, and Chemist operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. You will lead the team, monitor water quality and operational performance, and coordinate with relevant functions to maintain smooth plant operations and compliance with HSE and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor daily operations of Chemist and WTP-WWTP to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
• Analyze operational parameters, water quality, and equipment performance, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate operators, technicians, and supporting functions to ensure smooth operation and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Chemist and WTP-WWTP operations, preferably in Coal Fired Power Plant.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and environmental management practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in English, both verbal and non-verbal
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Willing to be relocated to Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara.
