Maintain and monitor entire Claim team performance metrics
Monitor claim agent workload and doing capacity report and analysis
Maintain claim team employment matters such as attendance, assets, overtime, and attrition
Work with different stakeholders to create report and automation related to claim team operational performance

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as WFM, data analyst or operational lead.
Preferably to have experience in logistics and or e-commerce companies/startups is highly preferred but not required
Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel/Google Sheet and have basic SQL skills
Creative problem solver with good interpersonal skills
Highly numerate with solid analytical skills
Self-starter that is highly capable to work independently
