This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites, while also supporting internal dashboards and web applications. You should be capable of handling both front-end and back-end development, delivering responsive, high-performance websites, and customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites and internal portals
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for both customer-facing and internal systems
• Customize and develop WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionalities
• Ensure full responsiveness across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams to integrate APIs and new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and best coding practices
• Manage WordPress updates, backups, and deployments
• Maintain clear documentation for all development work.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in WordPress development
• Strong expertise in WordPress theme and plugin customization
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
• Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, or Bricks
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for WordPress websites
• Knowledge of PHP and back-end development for WordPress
• Familiarity with REST APIs and MySQL database management
• Understanding of website security, deployment, and performance optimization
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
