About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to build, maintain, and continuously improve our website. This is a hands-on technical role focused on WordPress development, website performance, design implementation, troubleshooting, and site reliability. SEO knowledge is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites from concept to launch

• Develop and modify themes, child themes, and custom plugins

• Build responsive and mobile-friendly pages using Elementor, Divi, or similar

• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

• Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals

• Manage website security, backups, updates, and version control

• Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and hosting/server issues

• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, CRM, analytics, and other platforms

• Maintain staging and production environments

• Ensure website compatibility across browsers and devices

• Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist with Google Tag Manager integration

SEO Support – Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of on-page and technical SEO

• Experience with meta tags, schema, sitemaps, and clean URL structures

• Support technical SEO audits and website improvements

• Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, Yoast SEO, or Rank Math

• Knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog is a plus

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

• Experience with Elementor, Divi, or similar page builders

• Understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL, and basic server management

• Experience with website speed optimization

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to turn design concepts into functional websites

• Good communication skills in English

• Strong portfolio of live WordPress websites
