For you, who have strong interest in eCommerce, category management, and shopper marketing, you will have the opportunity to support our eCommerce team in driving sales and brand growth by executing shopper-focused marketing strategies across online marketplaces & omnichannel platforms. You will involve in developing shopper-based category strategies, collaborate with eCommerce enablers and partners, and see how your work relaly impact to business results. By the end of this winnership program, you will understand eCommerce marketing, category management, and online shopper behaviour.

Your Projects :

  • Assist in developing and executing eCommerce shopper marketing campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
  • Support the creation of promotional assets, including banners, product descriptions, and in-platform ads.
  • Analyze shopper behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in managing promotional calendars, tracking key campaign dates, and coordinating with eCommerce partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to provide insights for future strategies.
  • Support budget tracking and performance reporting for shopper marketing initiatives.

Your Profile :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Basic understanding of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) and their marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics tools is a plus
