Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
  • Administer and troubleshoot IIS, Nginx, and Apache Tomcat web/application servers.
  • Support deployment and maintenance of Java- and .NET-based applications.
  • Troubleshoot Java Runtime, Windows Services, IIS, and application-related issues.
  • Perform Microsoft SQL Server administration, including backup, restore, monitoring, and basic performance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative task.
  • Monitor server health, application availability, and system performance.
  • Perform Windows patching, security updates, and preventive maintenances
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator, System Engineer, atau Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Administration, PowerShell Scripting, IIS Administration & Troubleshooting, Nginx Administration, Apache Tomcat Administration & Troubleshooting, Java Runtime Environment (JRE/JDK), troubleshooting Windows Services & Java Service troubleshooting.
  • NET Application & IIS troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server Administration
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, and Networking.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
