We are looking for a WFM Analyst Lead to manage workforce planning, scheduling, and real time operations while ensuring optimal staffing and performance across teams. This role will also guide and support the WFM team to achieve operational targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or above
- Minimum 6 months experience in Workforce Management (WFM)
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Satellite or Genesys Experience
- Strong understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring
- Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Able to join immediately / ASAP
- Willing to be placed in Bali
Responsibilities
- Lead and support WFM operations including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring
- Ensure service level, productivity, and staffing accuracy are achieved
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with operations teams to improve performance
- Monitor and manage daily workforce activities and reporting
