We are hiring a strong, confident Wellness Supervisor to lead and coordinate our high-level spa & wellness operation on Gili Trawangan, lombok.
This role requires someone with proven leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Spa or wellness experience is a strong advantage, but the most important quality is strength in leadership, structure, and communication.
About the Role:
You will oversee daily wellness operations and manage a team of 1520 staff. You'll work closely with management to build systems, improve quality, keep up with wellness trends, increase revenue, and ensure smooth, professional operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, proactive, and not afraid to take responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of 1520 wellness staff
- Create and manage weekly schedules, attendance, and team organization
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and clear communication within the team
- Develop, document, and improve SOPs, treatment menus, and service standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with management
- Support revenue management, reporting, and performance tracking
- Research wellness trends, new treatments, and operational improvements
- Ensure attention to detail, cleanliness, service flow, and guest experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in leadership, supervision, or management (required)
- Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or service industry is highly preferred
- Strong personality confident, responsible, and reliable
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can manage people calmly and professionally
- Comfortable creating structure, SOPs, schedules, and systems
- Creative mindset enjoys research, innovation, and problem-solving
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
