Wellness Manager

Key Responsibilities :

· Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities.

· Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction in all wellness areas.

· Develop and implement wellness programs (spa treatments, fitness classes, holistic therapies).

· Manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control for the department.

· Lead, train, and motivate the wellness team to achieve performance excellence.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

· Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness into the overall guest experience.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in spa/wellness management at a hotel or resort.

· Strong knowledge of spa therapies, fitness, and holistic wellness trends.

· Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Bilingual skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

· Passion for wellness and delivering excellent guest experiences.
