About The Job
We are looking for a Wellbeing Concierge & (farm)acy Manager to guide guests through personalised wellbeing experiences and lead daily (farm)acy retail operations. This is a management and practitioner role, reporting to the Wellbeing Operations Manager, at the intersection of Ayurvedic practice, guest care, product development and retail operations.
A major part of the role is helping guests find practices and products that respond to their individual interests and needs. The Wellbeing Concierge & (farm)acy Manager will lead Ayurvedic consultations and workshops, build relationships with returning guests, and keep the retail space well-stocked, carefully presented and ready to welcome visitors.

What You'll Do
- Lead Ayurvedic consultations and workshops, offering personalised recommendations and building relationships with guests
- Work with the Head of Wellbeing to develop new (farm)acy products and workshop concepts
- Manage (farm)acy retail operations, including inventory, supplier relationships, visual merchandising, sales and reporting
- Train and coordinate the (farm)acy team, support guest bookings and maintain high standards of service, safety and hygiene
- Relevant management education with spa treatment training or courses
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-capacity establishment
- Practical knowledge of Ayurvedic practices, consultations and personalised wellbeing experiences
- Experience in retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising and team coordination
