About The Job
We are looking for a Wellbeing & Brand Executive to coordinate the delivery and communication of wellbeing programmes, sessions and collaborations across Desa. This is an execution and coordination role, reporting to the Head of Wellbeing, at the intersection of programme delivery, brand communication, partner relationships and guest experience.
A major part of the role is carrying each programme from an agreed concept through to the guest experience. The Wellbeing & Brand Executive will follow through with facilitators and collaborators, prepare clear briefs for Creative and Marketing, and coordinate the details that keep sessions and activities on schedule.

You will work closely with the Head of Wellbeing, practitioners and creative teams, building experience across programme coordination, brand communication and guest-facing practice.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate wellbeing programmes, workshops and collaborations, following each project from the initial brief through to delivery
- Work with Creative and Marketing on programme briefings, content creation and brand communications
- Maintain relationships with facilitators, collaborators and guests, while supporting or hosting sessions within your area of expertise
- Coordinate bookings, schedules, monthly performance reports and staff training, keeping teams informed and activities on track
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Spa Management, Hospitality or a related wellbeing field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-capacity establishment
- Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills, with an interest in wellbeing programmes and brand storytelling
- Comfortable coordinating multiple activities, working across departments and supporting guest-facing programmes
