Who We're Looking For
- Preferably has 7+ years of experience in weighbridge/logistics operations and/or security management, preferably in oleochemical or manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English,
- Excited about being part of a dream,
- A strong believer in the power of winning together,
- Good understanding of weighbridge systems, and security operations
- Strong investigation, analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Able to use MS Office & SAP Programs actively,
- Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera
What You'll Be Doing
To oversee and manage weighbridge operations and security functions within the oleochemical plant, ensuring accurate material handling, effective access control, and the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities in compliance with company policies and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and supervising all security operations across the plant.
- Ensure strict access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Supervise and manage security personnel, including scheduling, briefing, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and ensure functionality of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Lead or support investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with external authorities (e.g., police, local security agencies) when necessary.
- Ensure readiness and response for emergency situations related to security.
- Supervise and ensure accurate weighbridge operations for all inbound and outbound materials (raw materials, finished goods, by-products, and waste).
- Ensure proper verification and documentation of weighbridge transactions (weighbridge tickets, delivery notes, etc.).
- Monitor and control truck flow within the plant area to ensure efficiency and avoid congestion.
- Identify and report discrepancies in weight, documentation, or operational irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Ensure weighbridge equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Implement and enforce SOPs related to weighbridge operations.
