Wedding Sales Manager

Role Description The Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for driving wedding bookings and revenue by managing inquiries, conducting client consultations, and converting leads into confirmed events. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves understanding client requirements, presenting tailored service packages, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role includes close collaboration with operations, decor, catering, and photography teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to execution. The Wedding Sales Manager will maintain accurate sales records, forecast bookings, participate in promotional activities, and represent Panigrahana Weddings at events, meetings, and venue walkthroughs. Ongoing responsibilities also include building long-term client relationships, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance the company's offerings and market presence.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client consultations, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, with a focus on understanding client needs, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality service.
• Event and wedding industry knowledge, including familiarity with decor, catering, photography, entertainment, and guest management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams, both in person and over phone/email.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and bookings, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site at events, including evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons as required.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools; experience using spreadsheets and presentation tools for reporting and proposals.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or event management is highly preferred; experience in the wedding segment is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, maintain professionalism under pressure, and demonstrate a client-first mindset.
