Summary of Responsibilities:
- Act as the contact for International clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Coordinate and execute the planning and delivery of wedding experiences, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation arrangements, and other services
- Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle financial transactions
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and other related documents
- Provide on-site event supervision and support
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
