Design, develop, and maintain integration services using the Software AG WebMethods platform.
Develop Java services to implement custom business logic or system extensions within WebMethods.
Build, deploy, and manage REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
Perform data integration and transformation using formats such as JSON and XML.
Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot APIs through API Gateway dashboards.
Conduct API testing, debugging, and validation using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Develop and maintain Flow Services, Adapter Services, and Integration Services in WebMethods Integration Server.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Analysts, and other developers to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure integration solutions follow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
Support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integration services in development, testing, and production environments.
Document technical designs, integration flows, and system configurations.
Provide support and participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and integration improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
achelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Software AG WebMethods integration platform.
Strong experience in Java service development for implementing custom logic or extensions in WebMethods.
Experience in data integration using JSON and XML formats.
Ability to perform API troubleshooting and monitoring through API Gateway dashboards.
Experience in API testing and debugging using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Strong knowledge of WebMethods components, such as Integration Server, Designer, API Gateway, and Universal Messaging.
Experience in developing and managing REST and SOAP web services.
Familiarity with service orchestration, flow services, and adapter services in WebMethods.
Understanding of API lifecycle management and integration architecture.
Experience working with databases and SQL for integration purposes.
Familiar with version control tools such as Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
