Job Description
- This role is suitable for engineers who can: Develop and enhance web applications across frontend and backend;
- Understand existing applications with minimal onboarding;
- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to deliver high-quality software within sprint timelines; and
- Contribute to stable, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in web application development, API integration, database optimization, and enterprise business applications.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for the QSR Web Platform.
- Enhance existing application modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Perform database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform bug fixing.
- Integrate third-party services when required.
- Ensure code quality through code review, documentation, and testing.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and Product Owners.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Support deployment and production issue investigation when necessary.
- REQUIREMENTS Must-haveDiploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Minimal 3 years of experience in software or web application development.
- Strong experience with Laravel (PHP) framework.
- Good programming knowledge in Go and/or Python.
- Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of relational databases including: MySQL o PostgreSQL o Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience using Git version control.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Willing to standby on call 24/7
- Nice-to-have Experience in Food & Beverage or QSR applications.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployment.
- Experience integrating third-party payment or delivery services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with caching technologies (Redis) is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP or enterprise business applications.
- Willing and available to work on-site, HO RKI Bojong, Bandung Area
