bedding, our ambition is to redefine how people think about sleep, health and the bedroom
environment. As we continue expanding across international markets, we are looking for a Web
Marketing Specialist to shape the strategic direction of Heveya®.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and versatile Web Marketing Specialist to own our search engine
optimisation strategy and support broader digital marketing efforts. You will work at the
intersection of SEO, content, paid search, analytics, and email marketing — helping Heveya earn
more organic visibility, attract the right customers, and convert them effectively through our
Shopify storefront.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic
rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping to identify
growth opportunities.
- Perform regular SEO audits covering site health, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and
structured data.
- Build and manage backlink acquisition campaigns in collaboration with PR and content
partners.
- Keep pace with algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively.
Shopify & On-site Optimisation
- Optimise Heveya's Shopify store for search: meta titles, descriptions, URL structures,
schema markup, image alt text, and internal linking.
- Collaborate with the development team on technical SEO improvements — page speed,
mobile optimisation, canonical tags, and sitemaps.
- Identify and fix crawl errors, duplicate content issues, and indexation gaps through Search
Console and third-party tools.
- Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives on key landing and product pages.
Content & Blogging
- Develop and manage an SEO-led editorial calendar aligned to search intent and seasonal
demand.
- Write, edit, and optimise blog posts, buying guides, and landing page copy that rank and
convert.
- Repurpose blog content across social channels for maximum reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on SEO performance, organic traffic, keyword rankings,
and campaign metrics.
- Use GA4, Google Search Console, and tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush to surface
insights and recommend actions.
- Build dashboards that give the wider team clear visibility of digital marketing KPIs.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of dedicated, hands-on SEO experience — e-commerce or direct-to-consumer
background strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Solid working knowledge of Shopify — comfortable navigating the admin, theme editor, and common apps.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and at least one SEO
platform (Semrush, or similar).
- Experience running and optimising Paid Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (Klaviyo preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and Shopify Liquid.
- Experience with heatmap or CRO tools (e.g. Hotjar, Clarity).
- Understanding of paid marketing — including social ads (Meta) and Google Ads to
complement organic strategy.
