On behalf of our client, a leading banking company, is currently hiring for the following position: Rust Developer (Banking Application) Tangerang Area (Bintaro / Alam Sutera)
Job Description:- Design and develop high-performance backend systems using Rust for mission-critical banking transaction and financial services applications.
- Ensure strong implementation of memory safety, concurrency, and low-latency processing to support high-volume transaction environments.
- Build secure and scalable microservices and RESTful APIs, optimized for performance and reliability.
- Integrate Rust-based services with existing systems built in Golang and Java Spring Boot.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and implement best practices in secure coding within a regulated banking environment.
Qualifications:- Minimum 35 years of backend development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Rust (mandatory and primary skill).
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, system-level optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating with services developed in Golang and/or Java Spring Boot.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services systems with high transaction volumes is highly preferred.
- Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and Git-based version control.
