We are looking for a Wealth Executive with a proven track record of acquiring and funding deposit customers. You will be responsible for growing our savings, time-deposit, and investment businesses.

What you will sell

• VIP Save — High-return digital savings
• VIP Time Deposit — High-return time deposits
• Finetiks Invest — US Stocks & ETFs

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and drive actual deposit funding, not just account openings.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through personal networks, referrals, outreach, and other channels.
• Convert prospects into funded savings, time-deposit, and investment accounts.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and encourage continued savings and investment.
• Work with the team to improve customer acquisition and conversion.

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, securities, brokerage, fintech, or a related financial-services sales role.
• Proven track record of customer deposit acquisition and funding. This is a must-have.
• Experience acquiring customers for savings, time deposits, investments, or other financial products.
• Strong personal network and ability to generate new business independently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially driven.

We are looking for someone who has personally acquired customers and can demonstrate real results—not just managed an existing portfolio.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission-based compensation.
