Water Treatment Specialist

Job Description Summary:

Supervise the operational Water Treat Plant to supply water to the related parts are maintained.

Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure the operation of WTP in accordance with WI and schedule

• Monitoring and ensuring cleanliness of filters and sufficiency of raw water and supporting needs of WTP (salt, chemical)

• Monitor and ensure the implementation of preventive Maintenance Program

• Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and neatness of PAPs, tools and work location

• Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning.

• Supervise the actual daily water usage record and daily WWTP waste disposal so that it can be traced to ensure the correct amount of usage

• Lead the implementation of service / overhaul equipment Water Treat Plant

• Provide operational guidance to the operator to address unnecessary operating conditions.

• Report immediately to the supervisor if an unnecessary operation occurs.

• Record the operational activities in the diary

• Carry out the handover of work at the time of shift change

• Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC).

• Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) at work sites.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in operating WTP/WWTP, water treatment systems, or utility plants.

• Ability to read and follow Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and operational standards.

• Knowledge of water treatment chemicals (chemical dosing, salt usage for softeners, etc.).

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical utility equipment (pumps, valves, sensors, control panels).

• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, SMK3, ISCC).

• Skilled in conducting inspections, checking filter cleanliness, and ensuring availability of raw water and supporting materials.

• Proficient in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.

• Capable of leading equipment servicing, overhaul activities, and coordinating with operators.
