Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all Waste Station
Responsible for reporting monthly Income and Cost for Waste Station
Strategizing for more economically efficient Waste Station operations
Closely build smooth operational coordination between EPR and Operations team
Responsible to ensure Waste Station Dashboard run accurately
Responsible for assisting EPR Team for external communication regarding Waste Station
Actively coordinate with Local Head of Waste Hub in regards of Waste Station Operations
Together with Customer Service Officer, improve the Customer Experience regarding Waste Drop in and Waste Processing
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing operations across multiple outlets or branches, preferably in the logistics, F&B, or consumer goods industry
Strong willingness to learn and a proactive, hardworking attitude
Proficient in data processing and analysis using Spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel, with the ability to think systematically and make data-driven decisions
Basic understanding of multi-outlet management and operational coordination
Strong capability in developing operational strategies and effectively delegating tasks
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to execute firm and effective solutions
Available to join as soon as possible
Previous experience in the waste management or waste-related industry will be considered an plus value
