- Sales & Pipeline Management
- End-to-End Pipeline Oversight: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and initial proposal to final closing.
- Network Development: Proactively build and expand new acquisition networks and strategic partnerships.
- Pipeline Health: Ensure the sales pipeline remains robust and sufficiently populated to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Client Retention & Account Management
- Client Success & Retention: Implement strategies to ensure high retention rates and long-term satisfaction for existing clients.
- Upselling & Diversification: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services beyond the scope of current contracts.
- Leadership & Performance Management
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team to align with departmental and corporate objectives.
- Target Setting: Define monthly and quarterly revenue targets and establish individual performance benchmarks.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular KPI monitoring and performance reviews to ensure team accountability and growth.
Experience & Qualifications
- B2B Sales Expertise: Proven professional experience in B2B Sales, with a strong preference for candidates coming from Consulting or Professional Services backgrounds.
- Lead Generation Specialist: A demonstrated track record in Lead Generation and acting as a door opener successfully identifying and initiating contact with high-value prospects.
- Sustainability Knowledge: Prior experience or a deep understanding of the Sustainability sector is highly advantageous and will be given priority.
