Our Aftersales team is seeking an Warranty Specialist to join our team in

Jakarta. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver

exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive

your career forward.

What you'll do

• Process and validate warranty claims into the system.
• Handle and verify goodwill requests based on guidelines.
• Register vehicles for warranty activation and service package enrolment.
• Conduct warranty audits at dealer locations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to dealers on warranty procedures and systems.
• Monitor warranty and service contract budgets and prepare regular reports.

About you:

• Min Diploma Degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warranty operations, aftersales, or service administration within the automotive industry.
• Experience working with SAP (warranty module, finance, or parts) is highly preferred.
• Previous exposure to dealer operations, OEM reporting, or warranty auditing is an advantage.
