Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the night-shift warehouse team (40+ members) throughout the shift.
  • Make operational decisions related to night-time shipping.
  • Oversee inbound, putaway, picking, and packing processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate across teams and shifts to ensure operational targets are met.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Male, under 40 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering preferred (other majors considered).
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor, or minimum 2 years as a Senior Supervisor.
  • Experience managing a team of 40 or more people.
  • Understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, putaway, picking, and packing.
  • Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or PDT.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM).
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication.
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Owns a personal vehicle.
  • Willing to work night shifts until early morning, 5 working days / 2 days off.
