Warehouse Supervisor

Today, we have helped 2000+ F&B businesses bring their food products to life and scale their operations.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to help us build a warehouse operation that is accurate, reliable, and ready to support our growing production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Control — own inventory accuracy, stock records, counts, and proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Raw Material Management — ensure incoming materials meet requirements and prepare materials for production according to schedule.
• Finished Goods Packing — ensure finished products are packed, labeled, checked, and ready for delivery.
• Finished Goods Delivery — coordinate deliveries with drivers to ensure the right products reach clients on time.
• Team & Daily Operations — lead the warehouse team, ensure procedures are followed, prepare reports, and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, with proven experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Highly detail-oriented, organised, and accountable.
• Comfortable managing a team and coordinating across departments.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industry is a plus.
