- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations within the assigned scope, ensuring activities are carried out effectively and efficiently according to the Warehouse Manager's plan.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and productivity of the assigned team's activities.
- Monitor operational progress and take immediate corrective action when issues or deviations occur.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe, clean, secure, and well-organized working environment.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Warehouse Manager regarding team activities and operational performance.
- Coach, lead, and develop team members to achieve operational targets.
- Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics, preferably in an FMCG company, with experience at Supervisor level.
- Good knowledge of one or more modern warehouse operational processes.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willing to be based in Manado.
