Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead All Collection Center

  • Lead all Collection Center Lead in Segari.
  • Do initiatives to improve productivity, quality, timeliness and cost.
  • Evaluate and report the performance metrics of each Collection Center.

Manage Collection Center Ops in Cipanas

  • Inbound: Oversee the inbound process such as unloading and staging of the raw materials.
  • Process: Control the process from sorting, trimming, drying, packaging and labelling.
  • Outbound: Oversee the outbound process such as validating, loading and shipping.

Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Min. bachelor's degree from reputable universities.
  • Minimum have 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
  • Basic knowledge of the Agriculture process will be a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel.
  • Integrity, high initiatives and motivation for field working.
  • Having a driving licence A / C will be a plus.
