Lead All Collection Center
- Lead all Collection Center Lead in Segari.
- Do initiatives to improve productivity, quality, timeliness and cost.
- Evaluate and report the performance metrics of each Collection Center.
Manage Collection Center Ops in Cipanas
- Inbound: Oversee the inbound process such as unloading and staging of the raw materials.
- Process: Control the process from sorting, trimming, drying, packaging and labelling.
- Outbound: Oversee the outbound process such as validating, loading and shipping.
Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor's degree from reputable universities
- Minimum have 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Good knowledge of Agriculture (Horticulture will be a plus)
- Good communication skill.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel
- Integrity, High Initiatives and Motivation for field working
- Have a driving licence A / C will be plus
