Job Description

  • Team Leadership & Task Coordination: Oversee outbound personnel and manage end-to-end operations, including picking and packing. Develop JIT wave monitoring and system-based task allocation plans to ensure timely and efficient daily outbound operations.
  • Process Oversight & Issue Resolution: Monitor real-time outbound workflows (e.g., picking routes, packing standards). Address customer-reported exceptions and coordinate with couriers for seamless parcel handover, ensuring process continuity and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiency Enhancement & Standardization: Analyze outbound metrics (e.g., labor productivity, accuracy) to optimize workflows and storage layouts. Implement standardized procedures to reduce errors and boost efficiency and space utilization.
  • Training & Safety Compliance: Conduct skill development programs for picking, packing, and related tasks. Enforce safety protocols to mitigate operational risks and maintain a compliant, productive work environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with logistics, customer service, and other teams to align inventory and order fulfillment. Compile outbound data, provide actionable feedback, and drive process improvements for continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
