Responsibilities:
- Product Authentication
- Authenticate luxury fashion products based on company standards.
- Verify authenticity through physical inspection and identify counterfeit items.
- Record authentication results accurately.
- Quality Control (QC)
- Inspect product condition, grading, and completeness.
- Identify defects and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Update QC results in the system.
- Warehouse Operations
- Receive, tag, label, and store inventory.
- Maintain organized, secure warehouse operations.
- Support daily activities to achieve SLA.
- Inventory Management
- Manage product storage and stock locations.
- Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, Pack & Shipping
- Pick, verify, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stock Movement
- Handle stock transfers between warehouses, boutiques, and overseas locations.
- Update inventory movements and monitor transfer completion.
- System & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions and operational records.
- Report discrepancies promptly.
- Product Handling Support
- Coordinate product cleaning, repair, or restoration.
- Verify product quality before returning to inventory.
- Compliance
- Follow SOPs, safety, and security standards.
- Support inventory audits and ensure proper handling of luxury goods.
- Continuous Improvement
- Support process improvements, warehouse projects, and SOP implementation.
- Assist in training new team members.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum SMA/SMK/ or Bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/Retail Fashion preferred.
- Has knowledge and experience in handling Fashion authentication and QC.
- Good understanding of handling standards for fashion products.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLA targets.
- Basic knowledge of compliance and audit processes is a plus.
